Judges usually order the following typical conditions of probation at a DUI sentencing.
Pay court costs, fees and assessments as ordered
no major moving violations;
obtain an alcohol evaluation, and complete the follow-up;
attend at least one session of the DUI victim?s impact panel;
do not refuse a lawfully offered blood/breath test*;
do not drive without a valid driver?s license or insurance*;
do not have a blood/breath alcohol level .08 or higher within two hours of driving*;
do not have a similar or criminal violation.
* According to Washington DUI Laws, a violation of any of the above conditions IS A MANDATORY 30 days jail and 30 days additional loss of privilege to drive.
